About the shop:
My artistic philosophy is based on the notion that art is valuable, and should be appreciated, produced, and consumed as such. In a society where everything is mass-produced and mass-consumed, I believe it is important that art remains unique and special. For this reason, every item is created and/or painted by hand and one-of-a-kind paintings are sold rather than prints, ensuring that you are purchasing a unique and exclusive item.
Purchasing and Shipping:
Everything in the shop ships for a flat rate of $5 in the U.S. Requests for international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please send me a message first if you are not in the U.S. and wish to purchase an item. All purchasing and shipping is conducted through Etsy here. I have chosen to use only Priority Mail for shipping. I have found this to be the best option to ensure quick and safe delivery as well as to provide insurance protection for these one-of-a-kind items. If you are local to Santa Barbara I can deliver to you in person if you prefer. Please email me at daylongdaydreams [at] gmail.com to arrange an in-person delivery.
Commissions, Customizing, and Re-creating Sold Items:
I do accept requests for commissions as long as I feel it is something that will fit within my style of artwork. I can also recreate sold items from scratch either as similar as possible to what is in the portfolio, or with colors/sizes/alterations of your choosing. I love participating in local craft fairs, art shows, and festivals! I hold a valid California Seller’s Permit and Business License. Please send me a message for any festival bookings.
